Asset ManagementHAI Advisors LLC (HAI) provides real estate asset management, investment advisory, and project and development management services to owners and lenders on a national basis. HAI and its principals are licensed brokers in New York State and in California. Affiliate companies include wholly owned Boutique Hotel Management Group LLC and Peninsula Management Corporation, which provide a range of hospitality management services to hotels, resorts, golf developments, and conference centers.
Recent HAI engagements in New York City have included the coordination of due diligence and underwriting services for several Midtown properties, including the St. Moritz, Barbizon, Empire, and Hotel Lexington on behalf of large institutional buyers. Additionally, HAI’s development team recently completed the conversion of a class B commercial office building into a hotel in Midtown and the complete guest room and public space refurbishment of a hotel on the Upper East Side.
HAI principals have been directly involved throughout their careers in over $3.0 billion in real estate developments, $4.5 billion in asset management and property management assignments, $1.5 billion (asset value) in consulting and workout assignments, and $2 billion in acquisitions and dispositions.
